Brenda’s business background includes over 20 years of working with ACT!, first in a medical distribution company and then as a Certified Consultant. She has continued her training in ACT!, networking, design, marketing, and social media.
Brenda was first introduced to ACT! in 1987 and immediately realized its value in managing her time and business relationships. Her own experience using ACT! and other CRM applications over the years gave her a solid understanding of the challenges users face in learning and using technology tools in their jobs. Her personal success in sales led her to found Dixon Consulting with the goal of leveraging her knowledge and experience to help sales, marketing, and non-profit organizations creatively implement CRM systems to support their business goals.
Brenda is an ACT! Certified Consultant, Sage Software Partner, Silver E-Marketing Consultant and Sage Select member. She brings her real world experience, technical expertise and unbridled enthusiasm about ACT! to her consulting practice.
